Scrap Our Stash August Challenge

 

 

 

Hi All finally getting my mojo back. I really enjoyed entering the August Scrap our Stash Challenge as below.

 

 

 

 

 

My take on the Challenge. I used the line Tag/s,4 x Patterned Papers, Stripes. I love these colours!!

1-2-3 Get Scrappy Challenge - Beautiful

Here is my take on this months challenge from 1-2-3 Get Scrappy. This challenge uses the Tic Tac Toe Board where you   pick three in a row and include them in your layout.

 

 

 

 For this challenge I took The word: Beautiful, Lots of Flowers, Music Notes and included them in my layout.

PaperVine Colour Challenge - Smile

Hi wow I really enjoyed doing this layout for the PaperVine Colour Challenge - May using the colour board as below.

 

For this layout I have used Yellow and black, I have stamped the background for added texture. The paper range is Kaisercraft - Shine Bright. A fun layout!!

 

 

Papervine Colour Challenge - Mirror Magic

Here is the layout I have made for the Papervine Colour Challenge using Colours from the picture they provided as below.

 

  

I have used papers from the Kaisercraft range "Mr Fox". For this layout I have cut the papers to create a geometrical effect as resembled in the photo, and then embellished. I love the way these colours work together. Another fun Challenge!!

  

1-2-3 Get Scrappy Challenge - POSER

 

Here is my layout I have

entered into the 1-2-3- Get Scrappy Challenge. I had to use three items in a row from the Tic Tac Toe board as below.

The three I chose were Wood Element, Wings, Torn Corner.

For this layout I have used the Authentique Range Accomplished. I have coloured modelling paste and used a brick stencil on my background, the edges of the layers have been distressed, torn and inked and stamped. I have embellished this layout with washi tape, flowers, wooden cogs, brass wings. A fun challenge to enter!!

PaperVine Colour Challenge - First Fish

 

 

Here is my take on the PaperVine Colour Challenge. This photo was taken back in 2012 of my Son Josh's first fish he caught on his Poppa's boat. I chose Yellow, Blue and Grey from the colour palette. I have used a chevron stencil with modelling paste on the background then I have embellished my page with cogs and arrows.

 

 

 

 

The Studio Challenge - Moo Cow

Hi all again

I am really getting into these challenges and this one is a Studio Challenge one. There is a list of items:

• Mist
• Stamping
• Sequins
• Chipboard
• Brads or eyelets
• Thread
• Vellum
• Yellow

and we had to use as many as possible, I  have managed to use all of them, and in the process had so much fun doing so!!

 

I used Mist on my background, along with the Grid Stamp  under and on top of the Vellum, I used sequins in the middle of the chipboard cogs, brads on my vellum and thread around the cogs and yes yellow!!

 





White ...with 1 Challenge - Cherish

 

 

I love a Challenge so this really made me create outside my comfort zone, but I so loved the finished project

I used a Stencil and coloured my modelling paste to get the desired colour. I then used glimmer mist on the tag, flowers, cogs, and twine to get the finished result.  I so love this photo of my cat Ruby and it happened to have a hint of the challenge colour in the photo!!
